Make Prosphora (Holy Bread) for the Church, Coliva (wheat & honey) and Sweetbread. Learn how bread is used in different Orthodox traditions Celebrate the Artoklasia (Service of Five Breads) and Memorial Service.

“The Bread of Life” Group discussions on the use of Bread in the Divine Liturgy (Communion), Services for Health and Blessings (Artoklasia), and Memorial Service
10:15 am – 10:45 am

Making Prosphora, Sweetbread, Coliva
10:45 am – 11:45 am

Morning Prayer Service with Artoklasia (Service of Five Breads) Followed by Altar Tour
11:45 am – 12:30 pm

Lunch
12:30 pm – 1: 15 pm

“Breads of the World” (rotating stations) Learn about Breads from China, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Greece, Russia ...
1:15 pm – 2:15 pm

Memorial Service (with special prayers for Veterans and all our loved ones who have passed on)
2:15 pm – 2:45 pm
