The Pappas Patristic Institute at HCHC invites you to a public lecture to inaugurate the 2022 Colloquium on the Mystagogy of St Maximos the Confessor. In this lecture, Fr Maximos Constas will explore St Maximos’s commentary on the Divine Liturgy known as the Mystagogy, with special attention to the way in which the liturgical space of the church is mapped onto the interior space of the soul in a reciprocal exchange of sacred architecture and the body. We are very excited to welcome Demetrios Katos as the Keynote Speaker for 2022! Demetrios is the Director of Giving and College Initiatives at Northeastern University, and he received his Ph.D. in religion from the Catholic University of America.
